Last Thursday we took our apprentices down to the University of Oxford Natural History Museum for a photoshoot and filming! Why? We've been announced finalists for the Oxfordshire Business Awards Apprenticeship of the Year 2017!

As Oxfordshire Apprenticeships write, we pay all our first year Apprentices Living Wage. '93% of Apprentices stay with the University in full time, permanent employment. An annual University Apprenticeships Awards Ceremony recognises the achievements of Apprentices, who are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.' Thanks, Oxfordshire Apprenticeships!

The Oxfordshire Business Awards media company got our apprentices to march and pose outside the museum doors - to the amusement of tourists! But our apprentices bravely let their inhibitions go before some photos inside.

This was many of our apprentices' first time meeting each other, as they work in departments and colleges all over the university, which spreads across the city. We hope it won't be long before they meet again!

Our apprentices gathered ready to start shooting!
